Terms and Conditions

  • All work is treated with upmost confidentiality.
  • Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and are GST exclusive as we are not registered for GST.
  • Hourly rates apply, with 1 hour minimum, and then charged in 15 minute increments.
  • Clients must sign a Service Agreement before work in commenced.
  • A deposit of 50% of quoted total may be payable prior to commencement of work.
  • The balance will fall due 14 days from the invoice date or prior to delivery.
  • The following items will be charged in addition to hourly rate;
    stationery, postage, courier, interstate/overseas phone calls
  • Urgent requests may incur additional costs
  • Overdue accounts will be subject to a penalty
  • Payment maybe made by direct deposit, Visa, MasterCard, cheque or money order,.
    Credit card payments will be subject to a 5% surcharge
    Paypal payment will be subject to a 5% surcharge
  • Pickups/deliveries more than 10km from North Perth wil be subject to travel costs of 75c/km
